With an extensive background in commercial appraisal, real estate brokerage, and property tax consultation, Theresa works diligently through every stage of the protest process to help ensure a successful outcome. As a private investor, she understands the burden property taxes place on owners and businesses. Through years of research and development, Theresa created a comprehensive process to effectively lower property taxes. Leveraging the latest technology, strong business relationships, and aggressive negotiations, she is able to maximize property tax savings for her clients.

While her passion is reducing her clients' property taxes, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, playing the piano, and taking vacations. Born and raised in Texas, Theresa graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of North Texas. She holds licenses as a real estate agent and a property tax consultant. She is also an active member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Texas REALTORS® (TAR), the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS®, and the UNT Alumni Association.
